Five years after creating the brand for their primary competitor, I had the opportunity to help introduce its latest product offering to a sophisticated and change-averse banking audience. The objective was to invite banks to strengthen their customer relationships by giving them increased visibility to the full lifecycle of an invoice. In essence, they would need to replace their existing bill-pay systems with’s payment platform, and trust with their most valuable assets—their customers. To help achieve that kind of trust, the message and visual execution was carefully crafted to exude confidence and simplicity.

The visual system was refreshed with a focus on the dot in ”dot com” as a central brand element.


This short animation was created as part of the product launch campaign to communicate the key benefit for the bank channel—the added ability for banks to be where business happens.
