IMP16-Intro

IMPACT® is the premier annual event for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) hosted by Charles Schwab. In 2016, I worked with the Schwab team to design an event centered around conversations, highlighting issues that users could explore at the event. All marketing materials, event signage, speaker content, and top-level communications focused on asking questions that got progressively more specific as attendees proceeded through their journey at the event.
